Scope of Work: Installed aerial fiber for connectivity to multiple buildings

Date: September 2019

Value: $35,000

Requested Project Goals
The objective of this contract is to install new communications infrastructure, Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP), and Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNET) in Building 614 and 618.

Work Completed

With the project goals in mind, we were able to:

  • install new communication infrastructure

  • connected buildings by running splicing fiber 

  • extended infrastructure to aerial fiber to make connections to existing network

  • created a pathway for new fiber optic cabling

  • installed new wall mounts

  • installed new communication data drops

Overview

Scope of Work: LAN drops and other network infrastructure installation

Date: October 2019

Value: $110,000 - 8(a) set aside

Requested Project Goals
Bring obsolete and inoperable communication infrastructure in building 1009 to a functional state for current and future use.

Work Completed

With the project goals in mind, we were able to:

  • install 56 LAN drops

  • remove decommissioned equipment and wiring

  • install new grounding bar

  • run new copper/fiber optic cabling

  • install new rack

  • create a pathway from 1st floor to 2nd floor

  • presented a full test report to the client

Scope of Work: Installed new PA system with four horns

New public announcement system with timed announcement software installed and configured for use.

With the Court's project goals in mind, we were able to:

  • installed a new public announcement system

  • installed outside EMT infrastructure 

  • 4 Valcom horns installed outside building 1002

  • installed necessary software

  • configured all timed public announcements and bugle calls
