About the job
As the HR Coordinator for ACG, you'll be working with our administrative and executive teams to ensure correct employee documentation and compliance. In this role you will put your HR skills to work as you onboard new employees, maintain current employee files, and manage training documentation.

At least 2 years in a similar role
Experience with graphic design
Experience with social media management
Microsoft Office proficiency REQUIRED
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Great time management and multi-tasking skills
As ACG’s HR coordinator, you should be skilled in handling sensitive information, managing interpersonal issues, and organizational efficiency. Along your journey with ACG as an HR coordinator you can expect to:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees
Review all resumes and applications for employment
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents and collected and filed appropriately
Provide clerical support
Assist with payroll functions as requested
Conduct new hire orientation and complete onboarding process
Must have a valid driver’s license.
