As an IT network administrator at ACG, you’ll be maintaining in-house equipment, interacting with customers, and assisting in implementing hardware and software for customers including configuration and installation. In this role you will put your skills in all things IT related to use! Your success will help ACG continue to provide excellent services and run efficiently in-house.

Requirements
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in a similar role
CCNP - Preferred
CCNA - Preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency (word, ppt, excel)
Knowledge of internet, computers, routers, switches, firewall, servers, domains, active directory, and PowerShell
Ability to maintain internal infrastructure as well as lead field installations
Proficiency in wiring, cabling, and other IT functions
Experience in layer 2 and 3 Cisco configurations
Experience with computer networking, LAN, access controls, Azure Cloud Management, IT management, network electronics, security cameras, SQL database management, and VMWare
Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize workload
Ability to multitask and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Ability to work on in-house tasks as well as in the field assisting customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As ACG’s IT network administrator, you will maintain all in house hardware and software, assist customers in person and remotely, and continue to make improvements to our in-house systems. Along your journey with ACG as our IT network administrator you can expect to:
Resolve software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
Design and quote network infrastructure for customers
Remote and on-site support for Layer 2 and Layer 3 issues
Solve LAN issues quickly and effectively
Assist with access control and surveillance system maintenance and installation
Assist with video conference system maintenance and installation
Oversee installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrading of LAN hardware and software
Ensure that LAN ins in continuous operation and collect/analyze data to evaluate performance
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
