About the job
As a marketing specialist for ACG, you'll be working with our business development and marketing team to create high-quality customer facing marketing materials and social media campaigns. In this role you will put your creativity skills to work as you manage our social media channels, create materials, and maintain all aspects of marketing. Your success will help ACG by increasing brand awareness!

Requirements
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
Experience:
At least 2 years in a similar role
Experience with graphic design
Experience with social media management
Skills:
Ability to devise marketing campaigns
Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs
Ability to interpret, compile, and present analytic reports
Maintain marketing plan and budget
Microsoft Office proficiency REQUIRED
Excellent reading comprehension skills
Excellent writing skills
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Great time management and multi-tasking skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As ACG’s marketing specialist, you should be skilled in graphic design, marketing best practices, and excellent at multitasking. Along your journey with ACG as a marketing specialist you can expect to:
Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing profits
Track market and company sales performance
Generate leads and drive sales
Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams
Develop marketing plans
Create programs that drive brand loyalty
Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
Being proactive and absorbing, all trainings and process in established areas
Work closely with team in any process, training, research and any other business needs
Be a part of various initiatives spanning multiple departments and working well with administrative staff and department managers
Build and analyze project results according to department requirements
Support other new or ongoing projects as necessary. Including design, implementation, training and follow up as needed
Support Office with additional tasks as needed
Must have a valid driver’s license.
