As an office and purchasing assistant at ACG, you’ll be highly detailed and organized. In this role you will put your knowledge of purchasing best practices to use! Your success will help ACG provide accurate quote information for our estimating time while simultaneously supporting our office staff!

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Microsoft Office proficiency
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel
Basic QuickBooks knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact professionally with vendors
As ACG’s office and purchasing assistant, you will work closely with the purchasing supervisor to ensure accuracy and adherence to all necessary guidelines. Along your journey with ACG as our office and purchasing assistant you can expect to:
Support the posting of purchases in QuickBooks
Answer phone calls and emails to connect with our vendors and subcontractors
Support the office staff with additional tasks as needed
Keep the department dashboard up to date
Keep meeting minutes when involved in the meeting and bring updates to the daily meetings
Assist in SOP development for the department
Other purchasing or office assistance tasks as assigned
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
