As the PURCHASING SUPERVISOR at ACG, you’ll be highly detailed and organized. In this role you will put your knowledge of purchasing best practices to use! Your success will help ACG provide accurate quote information for our estimating time while simultaneously supporting our office staff!

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • QuickBooks knowledge

  • Inventory control


  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to interact professionally with vendors

  • Highly detailed

  • Highly organized

  • Multitasking


As ACG’s Purchasing Supervisor, you will work closely with the purchasing supervisor to ensure accuracy and adherence to all necessary guidelines. Along your journey with ACG as our office and purchasing assistant you can expect to:

  • Support the posting of purchases in QuickBooks

  • Answer phone calls and emails to connect with our vendors and subcontractors

  • Manage the company's day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure that all purchasing support are meeting their personal performance standards

  • Develop and Manage vendor’s relationships

  • Supervise all activities and needs for COGS subcontractors

  • Monitor calls and emails and connect our company with vendors to the appropriate channels

  • Act as liaison between Estimating, Project’s Scheduling and office duties as needed

  • Support Office with additional tasks as needed

  • Ensure purchasing team issues and verifies purchase requisitions as per company processes (BOM, quoting process, RMA’s, receiving and inventory control). This includes all company locations.

  • Keep team informed with inventory items and scheduling delivery

  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
