Scope of work:

Access Communications Group is proud to support the construction of the new Veterans Affairs Health Care Center in El Paso, Texas, by delivering a state-of-the-art telecommunications duct bank system. This project involves installing nearly 4,900 linear feet of concrete-encased HDPE conduit, complete with 18 manholes, innerducts, trace wire, and pull strings to ensure future-ready connectivity. Our scope includes full trenching, backfill, compaction, and roadway restoration, all performed under strict safety and quality standards. By partnering with Clark Construction and adhering to federal, state, and OSHA requirements, we are building a robust infrastructure that will power critical healthcare operations for years to come. This $1.84M project reflects our commitment to precision, reliability, and excellence in telecommunications construction.
