Scope of work:

Access Communications Group, LLC., partnered with Teinert Construction to deliver a cutting-edge audio-visual and digital clock system for the new Sweetwater High School addition. This $348K project included installing Cyber Data speakers, Valcom digital clocks, and advanced Crestron A/V systems across classrooms, the gymnasium, dance studio, culinary arts lab, and criminal justice room. Our team integrated wireless microphone systems, video production equipment, and network connectivity to ensure seamless communication and multimedia capabilities throughout the campus. The scope also involved mounting 14 flat-screen displays, configuring sound systems for large spaces, and providing full training and operation manuals for staff. Completed within 28 business days, this project enhances learning environments with modern technology, supporting interactive education and campus-wide communication.
